At-Home Workouts
I've been a really big fan of at-home workouts for years. In my 20's and 30's, I worked out at various gyms. Some very luxe and expensive, others very basic. I remained the same weight, which wasn't bad, but not great. Then I had lunch with some former co-workers and one of them lost a TON of weight. I asked him his secret and he mentioned that he was doing T25/Alpha. I visited the Beachbody website and used the selector tool to find the best workout for me.
If you don't want to commit to the Beachbody on Demand (which can be a pricey subscription), you can also find good workouts through
">Amazon Prime Video. I like the Studio S Bootcamp series, myself.
Some quick kick-start tips:
1. Make it a habit.
2. Commit to doing at least 3-5 workouts a week.
3. Set your alarm clock for the same time each morning and workout. Even if you only do one exercise.
