Despite my cat's penchant for staying inside, she occassionally prefers to go outside. I completely understand. As a rescue from the harsh streets of Fresno, I am sure the lure of the outside calls for her. In anticipation of whatever may come her way, I make a montly habit of applying flea protective gel on her back. My tried and true favorite is SENTRY Fiproguard for Cats. Aside from the price difference, the other brand was more difficult to open and apply, whereas SENTRY was comparatively easy to both open and apply. At-Home Workouts

I've been a really big fan of at-home workouts for years. In my 20's and 30's, I worked out at various gyms. Some very luxe and expensive, others very basic. I remained the same weight, which wasn't bad, but not great. Then I had lunch with some former co-workers and one of them lost a TON of weight. I asked him his secret and he mentioned that he was doing T25/Alpha. I visited the Beachbody website and used the selector tool to find the best workout for me. If you don't want to commit to the Beachbody on Demand (which can be a pricey subscription), you can also find good workouts through ">Amazon Prime Video . I like the Studio S Bootcamp series, myself. Some quick kick-start tips: 1. Make it a habit. 2. Commit to doing at least 3-5 workouts a week. 3. Is Apple Really the Epitome of Simple Design?

I lost my left AirPod today. I was at the UPS store and it popped out of my ear. Luckily, I found it when I went back. But, before that, I searched online to see about its replacement and cost. It's pretty pricey and would require some unadvised venturing out. So...I took a deep breath and wondered. Do I really need these? I decided that I did. I mean, the price is worth the pleasure of listening to my music and audiobooks wirelessly. Sometimes the price of simplicity is not really aligned with minimalism.
