At-Home Workouts

I've been a really big fan of at-home workouts for years. In my 20's and 30's, I worked out at various gyms. Some very luxe and expensive, others very basic. I remained the same weight, which wasn't bad, but not great. Then I had lunch with some former co-workers and one of them lost a TON of weight. I asked him his secret and he mentioned that he was doing T25/Alpha. I visited the Beachbody website and used the selector tool to find the best workout for me. If you don't want to commit to the Beachbody on Demand (which can be a pricey subscription), you can also find good workouts through ">Amazon Prime Video . I like the Studio S Bootcamp series, myself. Some quick kick-start tips: 1. Make it a habit. 2. Commit to doing at least 3-5 workouts a week. 3. Set your alarm clock for the same time each morning and workout. Even if you only do one exercise.

Is Apple Really the Epitome of Simple Design?

I lost my left AirPod today. I was at the UPS store and it popped out of my ear. Luckily, I found it when I went back. But, before that, I searched online to see about its replacement and cost. It's pretty pricey and would require some unadvised venturing out. So...I took a deep breath and wondered. Do I really need these? I decided that I did. I mean, the price is worth the pleasure of listening to my music and audiobooks wirelessly. Sometimes the price of simplicity is not really aligned with minimalism.
